The documentation seems to assume ./configure though I didn't find that in the download (jakarta-tomcat-connectors-4.1.18-src). Using ant got me started but just. What is the process to build the connectors for tomcat 4.1.8 and apache 2 (given that I have jdk 1.4.x, ant, tomcat, and apxs; but not the sources for apache or tomcat).
