For the time being I have created a folder in /webapps/examples and its working fine. I have worked previously with tomcat4.0.4 and tomcat4.0.6 on windows 2000, this is my first time working on XP and this is the first time I am facing this kind of a problem. For the time being I am doing my testing from examples.
