when processing JSP documents (.jspx) Jasper2 drops XML comments and Processing Instructions, i.e. neither XML comments nor PIs occur in the generated servlet and are thus not submitted to the client. This occurs only with JSP documents (see test.jspx). In jsp pages (see test.jsp) XML comments and PIs are submitted correctly.
