What's is Property Helper in J-T-C naming

Hi to all,

While working on cleaning imports in J-T-C, I've found an unknown
class PropertyHelper in org.apache.naming.ant.JndiProperties.
Is it related to Ant 1.6.x ?

Did this code is still active ?
