autoDeploy="false" doesn't work

I agree with Tomasz Nowak that the configuration parameters autoDeploy and
liveDeploy are not intuitive.

I agree that autoDeploy is needed but what use is of setting autoDeploy="false"
and liveDeploy="true". As this combination gives us nothing I think it would be
logical if autoDeploy means that there is any automatic deployment done and the
liveDeploy parameter controlls if you want monitoring and multiple deployment.

If nothing else then this point should be brought out in the documentation with
an asterix or something.
