http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=28756 Cannot filter requests when running behind a front-end Summary: Cannot filter requests when running behind a front-end Product: Tomcat 4 Version: 4.1.29 Platform: Other OS/Version: Windows NT/2K Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: Other Component: Catalina:Modules AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I realize that this type of functionality is normally handled by firewalls/packet filters, etc. but it seemed like a nice feature to add to the Tomcat configurstion options. Accordingly, here is a 'ServerNameValve' and a 'ServerPortValve'. I have verified these with Tomcat 4.1.29, but they should also be applicable to Tomcat 5. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
