http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=29505 Tomcat returns HTTP 500 when I use the JSP error pages mechanism [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-06-10 18:03 ------- We changed the error code from 200 to 500 when a JSP error page is invoked, in order to be consistent with the error-page mechanism in web.xml, which has always returned 500. People had complained about the different error codes. There is an action item on the next version of the JSP spec to clarify that using the JSP error page mechanism will result in a 500 error code. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
