CoyoteConnector binds to all hosts even when a specific host (incorrect) is specified

In Tomcat 4, it was swallowed. To the point we had to subclass the Protocol class to
block this case.
Its a critical problem for a production server with multiple virtual hosts. granted
its a typo, but still.

I will check with the latest in 4 series, and with tomcat 5.

If its still there with Tomcat 4, is it likely to get fixed. With or without a patch?
