Hi, I am using Tomcat 3.1 in Win2000 and I have the following error using Custom Tablibs : org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to open taglibrary taglib.tld : Unable to open the tag library descriptor: Connection refused: no further information at org.apache.jasper.compiler.JspParseEventListener.handleDirective(JspParseEve ntListener.java:672) taglib.tld is declared in the web.xml for this webapp. Anybody got an error like that ?
