You should'nt need to do that if you want to go through a webserver such as
Apache/IIS. That's the whole point of the isapi_redirect.dll. I'm in the same
boat myself.

  Maybe you should put the port number after the localhost. For example
something like this: http://localhost:8080/Myapp/index.html
