a great problem with tomcat in linux whit the system memory

Hello.
If i restyart my system and i run the command free the system free memory is
200MB.
If my jakarta (in linux) is running several days the sysmten memory goes
down, if the jsp pages are used. The problem is that the memory goes down
and it not does up, only restarting the system.
How can i resolv this problem?
