tomcat Installaion on Win2000

Hello 

thanks for your help in advance.
I want to know from where can i get the installation version of tomcat. in the site i 
found only .dll's i couldn't found any thing which will install the home directory of 
tomcat and the initial configuration files.
just tell me from where can i get these please
