Tomcat creates some pretty big environment variables.
You need to increase the amount of memory that Win gives
to MSDOS prompt windows. In a MSDOS prompt window, rt-click on
the upper left corner, in the properties dialog, choose
the memory tab. Increase the initial memory value to 4096.
