Andre,
I am running Tomcat 3.2.1, Apache Web server on Windows Ntworkstation 4.0.
I've place a .jar in %TOMCAT_HOME%/lib directory and tomcat is able to find
this file at runtime. Hope this helps.

Clyde Danganan.
