Search the archives.  Your properties files NEVER go in Tomcat's bin or 
conf directories.

import java.sql.ResultSet;
import java.sql.SQLException;
import java.sql.Statement;
import java.util.Enumeration;
import java.util.Properties;

ClassNotFoundException,SQLException{

I get the following massage "Failed to load property
file".

bad interpreter: Permision denied

Please help me!
