Hi, I am trying to set up a Tomcat application with Windows NT supplied authentication (using JAAS and the Tagish classes): the goal is to use the NT users and groups to authenticate and authorise the users and groups within Tomcat (and our application). What I don't understand is how to get the remoteUser to be filled. It always is null. I found some sources stating it will be filled when a user is authenticated. But I thought I should be able to authenticate using the remoteUser? TIA, Mylene
