TomCat Admins: I am having server performnce issues with my site and was wondering if their is a website perfoance tacking software that when given a URL will request all the files referance in that URL like a web browser and track 1) server responce time, and 2) transfer rate for each file. some thing that is command line driven would be best so I can add it to Windows' scheduler.
