Solution: A reinstall is typical but not necessary. What has happened is that a piece of software, like Easy Struts or MyEclipse, which modifies a server.xml or web.xml has not done a good job of cleanup. You will have to visually inspect the server.xml and all of the web.xml files for missing comment gates. In the server.xml it will be in the area of where your project files are being added. To simplify your search of web.xmo files first remove the projects that are no longer needed. Also do so in the 'work' directory. Jeff Horan
