Tomcat don't create .class

Hi,
I create my project and tomcat don't create the file .class when i change the source 
code. In web.xml i have this description of context
<Context path="/proba" reloadable="true" docBase="C:\Archivos de programa\Apache 
Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.0\webapps\proba\proba" workDir="C:\Archivos de 
programa\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.0\webapps\proba\j2src" />
 
What is the problem???
