I am in need to deploy a WAR file to a remote Tomcat4 and need to have the WAR file expanded. Any pointers as to what the URL to the manager app would look like (i.e the 'war' parameter - btw, what's the difference between file:/.../foo.war and jar:file:/.../foo.war!/ ???) and to expand the archive?
