The link doesn't link to the jk_nt_service.exe, and I cannot find the pesky file on the apache site at all... in fact, there is no "win32/i386" directory in any of the binary archives that I found.
The document is unclear on where to find this .exe. I haven't found it yet, but hold out hope that it does exist...
