Alright, Ms. Mandary ;):  The problem is with the spaces in your Apache
install path.  Try putting quotes around the dll name like:
  LoadModule jk_module "C:/Program Files/Apache
Group/Apache/modules/mod_jk.dll"

or, better, just do:
  LoadModule jk_module modules/mod_jk.dll
