I am not familiar with openssl but having reviewed your steps you might want to try the following:
- Import your CA cert into the trusted CAs for your browser. - You shouldn't need your CA cert in your keystore file, providing that the CA cert is installed in cacerts. Try removing it from the keystore. Good luck!
