Hey I got it.. Or I should say you got it...  Thanks a lot!  It seems the
problem was the canned workers2.properties file from the jk src directory
was missing the connector info.  I modeled mine off of yours and alls seems
to be working well.  The only issue I still have to resolve is getting
www.xxxx.com/servlet to be a valid servlet container.  I could just go
through my code and change www.xxxx.com/servlet references to
www.xxxxxx.com/appName/servlet this would work too..  I'll save it for the
next release, enough stuff for now...

working on Redhat.  Does that help you, or do you have more questions?

I used the jk2_module and I only needed to modify the httpd.conf to
load the module, and create the workers2.properties file in the apache
conf directory.
