Hi! I have a web-application which on the serverside needs UTF-8 encoding. I tried to install and run apache/tomcat on a Windows-XP environment, and the server says, the encoding is not UTF-8. same applicationwith the same apache/tomcat version runs correctly on a windows 2000 environment. Is this a XP specific problem and is there any possibility to force tomcat to send data in UTF-8 encoding.
