I've just installed Tomcat 5.0.19 on an 'English' Windows 2000 machine with the Japanese IME also installed.
Tomcat display it index and admin pages in English but when I access the manager the page is displayed in Japanese. This happens under both IE and N7. Can anyone tell me how to 'fix' this so the manager appears in English?
