This is the same bug as the memory leak bug that has been going on and on and on and on this list ;-). The fix is the same: 1) Use the work-around of setting 'request.registerRequests=false' in jk2.properties. 2) Upgrade to 5.0.20+

The system is now fairly basic: IIS + NTLM Auth --> JK2 --> Tomcat 5.0.19 If anyone could suggest what this error may be, why I may be getting it or how I can go about getting better resolution on the root cause I would be very grateful, Cheers, Allistair.
