Tomcat 4.0 API for JSP loading?

Neil:

I don't know what other options you might have with connecting  with the
IDEs, but an approach that has worked for me in the recent past is to have a
servlet mess with the JSP directly, write it out again, and include the JSP
into the servlet's output.  This approach works with all versions of Tomcat.
