Yep, the installer picked up the wrong JRE. If you installed the Start Menu items you can change that by clicking Start -> Programs -> Apache Tomcat -> Config. then click the "Java" tab.
If not, you'll either have to uninstall/reinstall or change the value in the registry using regedit.
