Combined has the referer.
Use the copy or move command to a name webalizer likes.

also, the files the serer creates are access_log.2004-12-11.txt
because i am using webalizer to view stats(and know how to point it to a single file), i want the server to accumulate all data to the same access log file. or something better than a file per day/ how can i achieve this?
