It's not about that *I* can't load that file. *apt-get* needs to be able to do it. I already tried to use urlrewrite, but the filter are already too late down the filter chain, the %3a in "...g++_4%3a3.3..." is already translated. Furthermore the "+" signs are being translated into spaces by the rewrite engine.
