org.xml.sax Exceptions mean that one of the XML files is not properly
formated. Specifically this one is telling you that you have an
unterminated <Context> tag somewhere.
This is most likely either <Tomcat Folder>/conf/server.xml or and of the
xml files in <Tomcat Folder>/conf/catalina/localhost/
Check to make sure that <Context> tags in those files all either end
with a '/' at the end or have a closing tag for each opening tag.
