I notice that this particular installer appears to use JK2 which is deprecated. If that matters. I wish the "community" would settle on one, though, for newbies, it is very confusing, especially going "backwards"!
The Jakarta installer also works pretty well, except you must manually define the Web Service Extension in IIS 6.
