Tomcat Image Errors

Hi,     I am currently getting this type of error from Tomcat when I try to display an image in my app:   2001-05-29 09:19:22 - Ctx( ): 404 R( + /images/qc.bmp + null) null Anyone have any ideas? Thanks so much in advance for your help!! Mike
