I reported that this Sun fix is not working for me but I am currently
running JRE 1.3.1 version:

Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.1-b24)

and the fix is in the latest build:

Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.1-rc1-b21)

Sorry for the added confusion....

And to remind folks, the archives are at two locations:

    http://tomcat.mslinn.com/ (under "Listservs")

                                                            -- Bill K.
