JK_NT_SERVICE is present on mod_jk and you'll find
up to date versions on jakarta-tomcat-connectors
sub-project.

I have not dealt with the Sourcecode (yet)...I assumed that it was contained
with the jakarta Source...An easy way to check would be to look at the
Makefile.win32 to see if that target is available??
