Okay, this file stands in the conf directory of Tomcat on your LINUX server?
If the answer is true, replace
workers.tomcat_home=c:\jakarta-tomcat

workers.java_home=c:\jdk1.2.2

ps=\

with the good parameters:

especially:  ps=/         (Path separator for Linux is equals to / not \)

Try and tell me...
