Building mod_webapp using APR.

Hi,
As per documentation of Tomcat4, I tried to build mod_webapp from APR sources 
available at http://apr.apache.org but it is not generating the required mod_webapp 
module in apache. 
Will anybody have any exprience to build mod_webapp.so using APR? I am deaparately 
waiting for this issue on board. Please help me.
