Use mod_jk for that :)

for TC 4.0 take stuff from :

http://jakarta.apache.org/~hgomez/ajp13-tc4.0/

for TC 4.0.1, ajp support is included.

In both case you should take a recent mod_jk like
the one for Tomcat 3.3

http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat/release/v3.3/bin/win32/i386/
