Subject: startup.sh not recognized

When I try to run startup.sh I get a "no such file or directory"
message. I've tried to run it as root and user with the same result. I
try to start it as ./startup.sh in jakarta/bin directory (where it's
located). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
