What borthers you with that ? Is the system too slow / sloppy ? I would also try to switch some flags like the green threads / native threads & see how it behaves.
Have you try these while running as a normal APP ? I mean not an NT-service ? Another thing you could do is to simply have a dummy jsp / servlet creating an chain of Objects to force allocation of lots of memeory & see then what you do monitor !
