I was able to set up mod_webapp connector as well following the precise instruction that came up with the module. So, I have now both mod_jk and mod_webapp running on windows NT+Apache1.3.23+Tomcat 4.0.4-b1.
Still, the issue is of modification of httpd.conf with each deployment of new application in Tomcat. I would suggest the development team to work in this direction or if they are already working on this then please inform the user group.
