I am using Tomcat 4 on a RH 7.2 linux server with 2Gb RAM using Sun JVM 1.4.
And apparently the sun's JVM ses it fit to create processes of 63 MB size each, filling up about 1GB when I run catalina. 1. Is there any way to restrict the amount of RAM used ? 2. What is the recommended/minimum amount of RAM required for tomcat anyways ? How come it is not documented anywhere ? (been searching http://jakarta.apache.org/ and I don't see it any place visible). 3.
