I figured out why my session setting descriptor was causing problems.  I
checked the log file and indeed there was a SAXParse error - since I had
a security constraint and a login setting, and they should have been
placed AFTER the session setting.

BTW...
Where can I download DTD's for all this stuff?
(Besides purposefully causing SAXP errors and checking the logs...  ;-)
