Servlets and Beans... If I change the code for one of my servlets, I need to re-start Tomcat for the changes to take affect. has anyone run into this problem before...

AFAIK in that version of tomcat the reloadable flag only works for jsp's. Try to touch a jsp (change the modification date) and request it. This should also reload the classes that are loaded through the same classloader.
