I don't think I did. I did a search for "manager" in my
server.xml and there is this path still in there:
<Context path="/manager" docBase="manager"
debug="0" privileged="true"/>

Yup, all the applications are running as well. Just can't do
anything with /manager

Right, can't do any reloads since can't even bring up
/manager/list or anything.
