Searched through the bug database and discussions and couldn't find anything about this ... would be surprised if I was the first person to see it. Anyways, I'm seeing a problem with Tomcat 4.0.3 when pre-compiling jsps using the -p option. For a command such as: jspc -v -d . -p basepackage._util -c __dbconvert dbconvert.jsp I get a generated java file (in the correctly generated directory structure) with a package declaration: package basepackage._util.; This generated source will not compile because of the extra "." at the end of the package. Is this a known issue? Any hints on where I can go in the source to fix it? Again, my apologies if this is known/addressed and I missed it. Much appreciated, justin _________________________ Justin Ruthenbeck Software Engineer NextEngine Inc. 401 Wilshire Blvd, 9th Floor Santa Monica CA 90401 [EMAIL PROTECTED] This email is intended only for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and contains information that is privileged and confidential.
