Well, my personal choice is mod_jk. And based on Henri's response to my question earlier today, I would say mod_jk is the only choice, since according to him JK2 is considered beta. I'm primarily a sys-admin, not a developer, so for me stability in a production environment overrides all else, including the latest "whizbang" features, no matter what they are, even if my developers' lives would be much easier with them. :)
My situation isn't necessarily the same as anyone else's, so it depends on the scenario and the goals of the project.
