OK a bit more detail, When using 4.1.12 the region implementation does not work i.e. the JSP page is not constructed as you would expect with the corresponding header / footer / navbar / body. There are no error messages in this case it is simply that the standard composite view 'regiondefinitions' file and 'template' is not correctly including the elements as it should.
