I'm working with Tomcat 4.1.12 on Solaris 8, using JDK 1.4.1_01. I created a minimal config in server.xml with a single Coyote HTTP/1.1 connector.
No matter what I set minProcessors to (1, 20, 100), the number of threads in the thread pool is constant. This is not the behaviour I expected. Is it normal?
